The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Clovis Community Medical Center is a family-centered environment where you're encouraged to be an active partner in your infant's care. We understand having a baby in the NICU can be a stressful time. Rest assured, our specially-trained care team is there to answer any questions, offer support or just talk with you.

Specialized Care

The team in our Level 2 NICU works together to give your baby the specialized care he or she needs around the clock. As an intermediate neonatal intensive care unit, we care for infants born around 32 weeks of gestational age or greater. This allows us to give your baby a higher level of care without having to transfer to another facility.

Our comprehensive physician team, specially-trained nursing staff and highly-skilled professionals from physical, respiratory, occupational, and speech therapies, social workers, and chaplains – all work together so you can bring your little one home as soon as possible.
