“He’s having a stroke. I’m watching him have a stroke,” was the terrifying thought in Joanne Ching’s head. 


During their morning coffee, her husband, Jon, abruptly couldn’t make eye contact and started drooling. Then, he couldn’t use his left side. Joanne quickly called 911. The ambulance brought them to Community Regional Medical Center, the only Comprehensive Stroke Center in the Central Valley.
