I am deeply honored and humbled to serve as your president and CEO. Having been with our organization for nearly 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible work of our extraordinary team. I step into this role with tremendous pride, knowing that our mission — to better the lives of all those we serve — remains at the heart of everything we do.

We have made great strides over the years, and we have much to celebrate — but there is still so much more to do. We will face the challenges and seize the opportunities of this rapidly changing healthcare landscape with laser focus on both healing our patients and keeping them well. Advancing our clinical excellence, enriching patient experience and improving access to care will continue to guide us — driving healthcare innovation, enhancing our services and adding even greater value for our patients through every stage of life. Transformation is required but that’s our superpower and always achievable given your motivation, drive and desire to constantly improve.

I couldn’t be more confident in our entire team — our dedicated physicians, nurses, leaders and every other essential member of our Community family. The health and well-being of our community depends on us, and it is such a privilege to work alongside you to further this noble and worthwhile cause.
