Dr. Eliza-Jasmine TranBoard certified by both The American Board of Plastic Surgery and The American Board of Surgery, Dr. Eliza-Jasmine Tran practices broad aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery with a specialized interest in breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery. She was in private practice for many years in Newport Beach, CA, before coming back to practice here in the Central Valley.


Dr. Tran received her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, and completed her general surgery residency at the University of California, San Francisco-Fresno (UCSF Fresno) program. She further pursued her interest in breast cancer treatment and went on to complete a breast surgical oncology fellowship at Yale University. She then completed her plastic surgery training at Tulane University, where she trained under one of the pioneers of DIEP (deep inferior epigastric perforator) flap breast reconstruction.


Dr. Tran brings a wealth of experience from treating cosmetic surgery patients in Southern California and looks forward to using that experience to enhance the lives of patients here in the Central Valley. She particularly enjoys treating breast cancer patients through providing reconstructive breast surgery.
